I am a avid reader, and book collector. I am the father of two sons. I have been preaching the Gospel since I was 17. I have pastored two Baptist Churches . The creed I live by is that God is sovereign, the Bible alone is the Word of God, and Jesus Christ is the Saviour of the world. The passion of my life is preaching the Word of God. My favorite preachers are the Puritans in general and Stephen Charnock, Charles H. Spurgeon,W. A. Criswell, and B. M. Palmer in particular. My favorite theologians are John Calvin, John Owen, Francis Turretin, John Gill, Charles Hodge, James Henley Thornwell, A. A. Hodge, Herman Bavinck, Robert Reymond, John M. Frame, and B. B. Warfield. In terms of classical homiletics Gardner C. Taylor is the greatest African American preacher.
